Matthew joined AEL in early 2023 as the Business Operations Manager, a position in which he has excelled at. Prior to Joining AEL Matthew held progressive leadership roles over the last 18 years.

Matthew holds a diploma in operational management from BCIT and is a Journeyman Machinist Red Seal.
