Peter will be joining the current leadership team at Arrow to support the company through its next period of growth.<\/h4>\n<p>Peter has worked with the Madison Group for the past five years and has over 20 years of business experience in executive, financial, M&amp;A, and commercial roles. Before this appointment, Peter held the position of Vice President of Business and Corporate Development within the Madison Group, supporting our business\u2019 commercial strategy with a focus on our Industrial Automation Group, leading business acquisitions and divestitures, and maintaining key relationships with our strategic partners.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining the Madison Group, Peter spent 15 years in the mining industry, during which he was the Chief Financial Officer for several publicly listed international mining companies. Peter has had the opportunity to work extensively overseas, including at mine sites and development projects in West Africa, Mexico, Peru, Northern Ontario, and the high Arctic.<\/p>\n<p>Peter holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in mechanical engineering from McGill University, is a CPA and alumni of the international consulting firm of Deloitte.<\/p>\n<p>The Madison Industrial Group is extremely proud of Arrow Speed and its employees&#8217; accomplishments.
